Mommies at what age would you buy this toy for your little one?

Once they can walk well on their own, whenever that may be. The shopping cart is not very sturdy so you wouldn't want them to use it for support. We had one and the wheel broke off, not a great purchase. My son loves using his play vacuum whenever I vacuum (20mo) and has been for months.
