Good Defensive lacrosse shaft....?

i play D-pole (like a man) haha just playin... anyways, the shaft i used this previous year was cheap and bent all the time, i've got about 150 bucks to spend on a new one ( and yes im planning on getting a good head too) but the shaft im looking at is the Gait Ice shaft, and other good ones for around the same price?
