When to start looking for a new livery yard?

I would fined I nice new place then give about a two or four week notice depending on y'alls policy you may pay for a month and wont get the two weeks back so I would just ask but I would find a new place just in case some one gets mad about you leaving and makes it hard for you. Good luck
