My fancy mouse has a twitch.?

He the sweetest little booger you've ever seen. His name is Pistachio. He'll just be walking around and it's hard to explain. Like the way some people twitch spontaneously when they fall asleep. Sometimes he jumps when it happens. I don't think anythings wrong. He acts like it's not abnormal. I'm not severely concerned like he's dying or anything. I just hope it's not hurting him.
