Jalapeno-stuffed Olive Water?

Hi kate, Have you tried tasting it. What you have there is basically a preservative. You could if you really liked the taste try putting 2tablespoons of oil and ont tablespoon of your 'water' in a screw top jar and shaking the bejeeses out of it to mix it but if (and I doubt ) it tasted any good you would have to shake it seconds before you served it and eat like crazy because as we all know oil and water wont mix for long and it will separate. I don't fancy the taste of bisulphate or lactic acid though do you? I hope this helps. All the best. Rab
