What is this haircut called? And how can I do it?

Well this is more of a Modern Mullet. I know it sounds bad but it's the same shape The sides are a 1 or 2 depending on how defined you want it too look. what makes it look not so mullet like is that the length of the rest of the hair is basically the same all over which is about 2 inches or a little over finger length all over. We also call that a Undercut in some instances. I would suggest just printing a picture off.
