Vehicle title transfer question???

ok so i have always have problems with the cars i sell, the people take like a couple a months to put their car in their name after i have sold them to them. and i dont want to be resposible for the vehicle from the time i sell it to the time they change the car to their name. so my question is...is their a way that when i do the signing and notorizing of the title, can i sign something ese that says im not resposible of this car and that the new onwer is???? (its that the guy im selling this new car works all day and can not be with me in the tag agency to do the whole thing there so im just going to sign it and give it to him and he can go when ever he can to do the transfer)
