Should I cut him off?

Some relevant background: My husband hasn't had a job in 6 months and obviously isn't even making an effort. I work full time, cook, clean,and take care of the kids. He had cable installed a couple weeks ago and just sits around watching movies. Yesterday he started yelling at me for a completely honest and unintentional mistake I had made, then ignored my calls while I was trying to contact him to lower our monthly bills. I finally got fed up and kicked his no good lazy worthless out of the house. Since I'm the only one working, we didn't have enough money to make the last car payment so I haven't been spending anything because I'm trying to save as much as I can. I found out this morning that he spent over $60 last night alone on McD's, pizza, and alcohol-and I'm postitive a lot of that went to his alcoholic friend he's staying with. Should I close the bank account and cut him off? At this point he's just leeching off the money I desperately need to pay bills.
