How common is the ability to mirror write and 'normal write' simultaneously w 2 hands?

Not common whatsoever. You use the left side of your brain for language. You also use the left part of your brain to control the right hand. So, you'd be using one part of your brain to control both hands. It's incredibly difficult. Da Vinci could write with one hand and draw with the other simultaneously.
