Deja Vu - Leading to Nausea and Suffocation ?

Well, It started in my home when my father was making coffee in the kitchen,and i had a deja-vu that he had just made it before and then i experienced this suffocation and nausea.After that it took place in my Aunt's House AT HER KITCHEN, and after that in School while the teacher was teaching she asked a question and i felt as if she had already asked it and i had answered it.After that i felt the same thing again.Why does this happen to me?
